the old presbytery in the heart of the revermont offering four confortable and spacious rooms (including two family rooms )in the middle of the french countryside

La Cure

The name ‘la cure’ means literally ‘the curacy’ or ‘the curates ' house’
Standing in the tiny hamlet of Courmangoux, appropriately next to the church, it dates from 1743 and was built for the archbishop of Belley as his official residence during diocesan tours.
The house has been carefully and lovingly restored to retain many original features giving an atmosphere of timeless grace and charm.
In deference to the houses’ historic links to the church our four rooms are named after the four archangels:
Michael, Gabriel, Raphael and Uriel.
